Things are looking up this year!!
I've learned that too often we become overwhelmed with feelings that are less than good and we are usually, simply choosing to not notice the blessings and abundance all around us all the time. Our busy lifestyles and so many things to do tend to keep our focus and attention on what's considered "wrong" with our lives instead of what's "right" in our lives.
This morning I woke, expressed gratitude for my life & my son, then I connected with the source of all things for about 5 minutes and I felt GREAT to start my day. I've been practicing this every morning and evening and I've noticed that I've been able to let go of things I've struggled with for years with ease. I've also noticed that change in my future is imminent. I can feel it and I'm so excited about it!
To cause this shift in my life, I just DECIDED to be happy. Oh, yeah, then I decided to commit to my happiness. I declared that no one, no-thing and no circumstance was going to prevent me from simply choosing to feel and be HAPPY. It was as easy as that.
Today, I just wanted to share with you that you can be happy, too. All you have to do is decide to be happy and you're done. Smile, even when you don't feel like it. Compliment someone, even when you think no one else would. Spend your day whispering positive self-talk to yourself and watch how you shift how you feel from the inside out. I promise you'll be happier instantly.
Remember, happiness starts from the inside and works its way out into the world. So, ready....set.....go.....be HAPPY!!!
